As of October 2014 there appear to be no reliable reports that even offsite prefabrication has started.
The project faces a great deal of skepticism due to the nature of its claims, and doubts have been expressed about Broad Group’s ability to complete such a project in such a short time. There is also speculation that it is a marketing ploy rather than an actual project.
